Land South of Bedwell Road, Elsenham

We are at the initial stages of preparing a planning application for a residential development of 50 new homes at Elsenham. The site, South of Bedwell Road immediately abuts the village and located only a short walk to the mainline train station. We are looking at a low density scheme with maximum area to provide recreational space for the benefit of the local community.

We have recently delivered leaflets to properties close to the site and notified the local parish council and are asking for comments on our proposal prior to an application being submitted.

OXNEY ROAD, PETERBOROUGH

 

Acquisition of site and build out to provide a mixture of 63 residential units. The site was acquired, built out and sold within a 24 month timescale. Construction of the site involved difficult ground conditions as well as a major oil filled electricity cable running along the rear of the land.

Holly Road, Ipswich Suffolk

Land assembly of 24 owners. The site was very complex and covered an area of 5 acres. Investment was over a 4 year period and involved both technical and strategic issues relating to the access. Preparation and submission of an application for circa 70 new homes which was determined through negotiations.

Acquisition of site and build out to provide a residential scheme of 19 units. A mixture of detached and semi detached units were provided
