Since its formation in 1995 by Colin Hart, Rochester Properties Limited has been committed to Development and Strategic Land Promotion. Based in Bishops Stortford, the business has expanded its activities across the South East and over the last 20 years the company has enjoyed continuous growth and achieved significant success in land promotion.
The company works with land owners to promote strategic development opportunities on large and small sites in all parts of the South East. We aim to provide the very best service to our landowner partners using our substantial in-house expertise.
Rochester Properties has both secured and is in the advanced stages of negotiation on over 1,000 acres which are now being worked through the planning system.
